I am taking part in Ironman Wales Triathlon (https://www.ironman.com/im-wales) on 3rd Sept 2023 to raise money for Greig's House.

Swim - The two-loop 2.4 mile (3.8 km) swim course starts at the famous North Beach in the seaside town of Tenby.

Bike - The two-loop 112 mile (180.2 km) bike course takes athletes through the scenic countryside of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Run - The four-loop 26.2 mile (42.2 km) run course is an "you-have-to-see-it-to-believe-it" kind of experience.

Greig Steven is the younger brother of a close friend of mine. Shortly after his 25th birthday in 2015, he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer, Cholangiocarcinoma.  Greig fought his battle with bravery, determination and dignity.  Sadly, 6 months after diagnosis, Greig passed away.

Greig's family and friends united to form Greig steven Memorial charity and created Greig's House. Greig’s House is located in Wemyss Bay within Park Dean Resorts and is luxury lodge.

Greig’s House offers a 5 night complimentary stay for children, young people and adults living in Scotland battling cancer along with their loved ones/carer.
