Kubatana Together As One is a grassroots, volunteer-led organisation dedicated to supporting underserved communities through compassion, connection, and action. Rooted in the meaning of our name, Kubatana—"unity"—we believe that meaningful change begins when people come together with purpose.
Our work spans both the UK and Zimbabwe, focusing on health, wellbeing, and social inclusion. In the UK, we run community hikes, mental health workshops, and social outreach programmes. We provide meals to the homeless, foster open conversations around mental health, and create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected.
Internationally, we partner with local churches in Zimbabwe to deliver lifesaving medical assistance to those who cannot otherwise access it. Through these partnerships, we provide essential medications, health screenings, and support for chronic conditions—bridging critical healthcare gaps and restoring hope in marginalised communities.
Our efforts are powered by dedicated volunteers and supporters who believe in our mission. Whether we’re serving food, offering a listening ear, or delivering medicine across borders, our focus remains the same: to walk with people through hardship, and to build healthier, stronger communities together.
At Kubatana Together As One, we don’t just serve—we show up, stand with, and rise together.
