Story
The Deben Fields project team are raising funds for The Bumblebee Children’s Charity, a specialist charity dedicated to supporting babies and young children (aged 0–5) who experience physical movement and coordination difficulties. Bumblebee works closely with families to provide early intervention through fun, engaging, and sensory‑based therapy programmes, helping children build strength, confidence, and independence during their most critical developmental years.
To support this vital cause, a number of the Deben Fields project team will be completing the climb of Mount Snowdon on 29 May, taking on this physical challenge to raise awareness and much‑needed funds for the charity.
The charity offers a safe, nurturing environment where children can access tailored support that may not be readily available through statutory services, while also guiding and empowering parents and carers throughout their journey. By fundraising for The Bumblebee Children’s Charity, we aim to help ensure that more local families can access this essential therapeutic support, giving young children the best possible start in life.
