A small bunch of coaches and members from CrossFit KVLR are taking on a monstrous challenge of rowing for a max distance in 24 hours. We will be completing our challenge in teams of 4 with one team member being on the rower at all times throughout the 24 hours. We are fundraising for Pretty in Pink which is a breast cancer charity here in Belfast. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
