I’m running the half marathon to raise £1,000 for Birth Companions! 🏃‍♀️🏅

I can’t tell you how thankful we are to this unbelievable charity for all the support they have given us and my family over the years. When we have been most in need they have provided practical support like cots, baby clothes, and every little thing your baby needs! They also offered emotional and mental support disadvantaged mothers desperately need!

Every mother deserves care, but many face pregnancy and birth in extreme hardship, isolation, or trauma. Birth Companions is a vital UK charity providing life-changing emotional and practical support to heavily disadvantaged women during pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. No woman should have to navigate these critical moments alone.

How your donation helps:

* £20 pays for an emergency taxi to the hospital during labour.

* £50 provides a mother with a fully stocked hospital bag and clothes, creams, nappies etc for baby.

* £100 funds home-visit support from specialist volunteers after birth.
