Just after the birth of our daughter, my mother in law Elaine was diagnosed with MND, something that has been devastating to the whole family. Elaine, before retiring, was a nurse who, while caring for patients and raising a family, nursed her own father through MND. It is truly hearth breaking to watch someone you love suffer with MND even when they do so with such grace as Elaine does, she is an inspiration, I'm choosing to raise money for the MNDA to say thank you for all the support they have given Elaine and our family, but also to secure a future in which a cure is found so that this cruel disease can't continue to take our loved ones.
