A Few of us from Dads Rock North Ayrshire are Braving the chill in Irvine Beaches Polar Plung, New years day at 12pm (01/01/2026)

Dads Rock has Provided a free weekly group for Dads like me to bring our kids, spend time, have fun and meet new amazing people. Im very greatful for dads rock, Ellie has learned to play, share, join in and shes even made new friends. Dads rock also help Families in a world thats getting expensive, to get out and have an adventure, see new places and organise great days out.

Dads Rock offers a range of free and low-cost programs and services, including weekly playgroups, parenting workshops and courses, one-on-one support for vulnerable young dads, online support, and general support for dads and their families, with a focus on positive mental health. They've been helping families since 2012 and have supported thousands of dads in the progress. As a small and local Scottish charity, any donation will go far in supporting their work!
