On the 16th August I will be taking part in the Buttermere Skyline race an event in the Lake District running/hiking 27km with 2000m of ascent. (Update: unfortunately this event is cancelled but I still intend to do it on my own perhaps on a different date)

Then on the 20th September I'll be running the Ben Nevis Skyline which is approx. 29km with 1800m of ascent.

The hills and mountains have always fascinated me, when you look up and around it's incredible to see God's handiwork but also a reminder of how small we are yet God chooses to love us.

Psalm 121:1-2 - I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
