It is fast approaching Richard’s birthday … sadly he isn’t here to celebrate. He will forever be just 48 x

In what were undoubtedly the very worst few weeks of our lives, Richard received amazing support from the carers from St Michael’s, who visited daily, despite lockdown. I will be forever grateful for their support, empathy and care.

So, this year, Emily and I will be doing the Moonlight Glow Walk with a group of friends to raise funds for St Michael’s Hospice in Richard’s memory.

A lovely group of Harrogate Bee Social Ladies are taking part in the Saint Michael's Hospice Moonlight Glow Walk to raise money for Saint Michaels Hospice and the incredible care and support they provide to local people and their families at some of the most difficult times in their lives.

For us, this walk is about more than just completing the route. It's about coming together as a community, supporting one another and doing something positive for a charity that means so much to so many people across Harrogate and the surrounding area.

We'll be walking, chatting, laughing and probably keeping each other going when our legs start to complain!

If you are able to sponsor us, however much, we would be hugely grateful. Every donation will help Saint Michael's continue the vital work they do and will make every step feel more worthwhile.
