Story
Beth's Wishes is a charity that I hold very close to my heart. They support young people with autoimmune diseases who are undergoing stem cell therapy.
Now, a year on from my ACL surgery, I’m finally fit enough (well… almost!) to take on a new challenge: completing the Blenheim Palace Triathlon. It’s a big step for me, both physically and mentally, and I’m doing it in honour of Beth's Wishes and all the incredible work they do.
I’ll be taking on the triathlon — 750m swim | 19.8km bike | 5.4km run — on Sunday, 8th June at 12:30pm at Blenheim Palace, just north of Oxford. If you’re free and fancy cheering me on, grab a spectator ticket here:

If you’re able to donate — no matter how big or small — it would truly mean the world 💜
