Multiple members of the Hawkes family are taking on the Men's March in memory our beloved Grandad, Brian Hawkes. Brian was helped by Weston Hospicecare through the Spring of 2024. The love, care and compassion that he was shown throughout this time allowed him and our beloved Nan, Liz to spend time together as Husband and Wife, not as Patient and Carer. We are all incredibly grateful for the he received, and know that our local Hospice cannot survive without support.
This ones for you Grandad.

Receiving an end-of-life diagnosis can be difficult, not just for the patient but also for their loved ones. At Weston Hospicecare, our team of palliative care experts is dedicated to working together to provide specialist support. Our social, emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical care helps guide people through one of the most difficult experiences they will ever face. With only 20% of our funding coming from the NHS, we have to raise £5.5 million each year to fund our care - something that's only made possible by our community.
