LOUIS IS NEARLY 5 AND WAS BORN WITH A RARE GENETIC CONDITION - TUBAIA. HE HAS EPILEPSY AND CEREBRAL PALSY. HE SUFFERS WITH PAINFUL LEG SPASMS AND HAS VERY LIMITED MOBILITY. CARING FOR LOUIS AS HE CONTINUES TO GROW, IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE CHALLENGING. After three years of discussions and plans, the council have declined Louis' grant for adaptions at the last hurdle, with no realistic alternative option for them as a family. This news was unexpected and devastating for them. The family are self funding the adaptations themselves on top of the donations but anything that people can donate is hugely appreciated!
