I am taking part in Walk Wales with James Hook in-person challenge walking 10 miles from Oxwich to Mumbles in Swansea to support Wales Air Ambulance Charity, in memory of my brother Gary who sadly passed away. The air ambulance is a charity very close to my heart as they do everything they possibly could to try and save my brother.

I have fund raised many times for ambulance and will continue to do so for all their hard work they do saving peoples lives, don’t know where we would be with out these guys ❤️
