In June 2024, 5 friends are taking on an epic 4-day 335-mile bike ride from London to Amsterdam for The Children’s Hospital Charity – Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.

James Hope-Gill, Pete Everitt, James Gray, Guy Craig and Aiden Lugg will be pedalling to raise at least £10,000 for the redevelopment fund for the Children’s Hospital Redevelopment Project.

All 5 have their own personal reasons for taking on the challenge, and all of us have had various levels of contact with Sheffield Children’s over the years we’ve lived in Sheffield. We all know how important the hospital is to our City and wider region, and we need all the support we can get to contribute to this much needed redevelopment project.

The route is as follows:

- Day 1: London to Calais – 86 miles

- Day 2: Calais to Bruges – 80 miles

- Day 3: Bruges to Breda – 90 miles

- Day 4: Breda to Amsterdam – 80 miles

We appreciate every donation that is made. We all understand that money is difficult for some at this time, so all we ask is that you give what you can afford.
