Story
I am embarking on a personal challenge that pushes my limits and aims to make a significant impact. On June 20, 2026, I will take on the TEN Y FAN challenge, completing ten ascents of Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons while carrying a 35lbs Bergen. This endeavor is not just about physical endurance; it is about raising awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Society. My Dad John Adams ex RAF Regiment, was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's so this is personal!
At Alzheimer’s Society, we are dedicated to creating a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. Every day, countless individuals and families are affected by this condition, facing challenges that can feel insurmountable. We provide vital support to those living with dementia today and work tirelessly to offer hope for a brighter future.
I invite you to join me in this mission. Your generous support can help us reach our target of £1,000, enabling us to continue our essential work. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those impacted by dementia. Let’s climb this mountain together – both literally and figuratively – and bring hope to those who need it most.
