Story

My Dad has always been my hero. Kind, Strong, funny, generous, adventurous....he was an amazing man. In the 72 years we were blessed to of had him he did so much. We lost him December 2024 after only 6 weeks of being poorly.

Charity bike rides and adventures, raising a record amount of money for the fireservice benevolent fund...he loved a challenge. Dad was incredibly active all his life, loved cycling and walked every day! He was great at encouraging people to push themselves to get active and so in memory of him I'm taking on this challenge.

I am so proud you were my Dad now its my turn to make you proud. This is for you Dad.

On the 6 September our incredible team will take on 24 mile trail across the Gower Peninsula.

We will hike across the iconic Rhossili Bay – home to vast, open beaches with beautiful dunes and surfers out catching waves.

Beat the Trails for Marie Curie and help people get the best care possible, to the end.

All the money raised will help Marie Curie provide vital care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time.
