Well folks, we finally did it!

Between February 23rd and February 28th, myslf and my old friend and colleague, Cameraman Steve, hiked 29km through the Langtang National Park, ascending 2350m from Sybrubesi to Kyanjin Gompa, me carrying 20l of water in a traditional doku basket, Steve filming every minute of the struggle.

I carry this basket so that women and girls as young as six don't have to. The money raised from this challenge will support drinking water projects in remote Himalayan communities, ending the daily burden of carrying water for hundreds of women per village.

Massive love to everyone who has got us this far on the fundraiser up to now. Since getting off the mountain, Steve has been working oh so hard on the masterpiece of a video coming to our YouTube channel very soon!
