Story
I am raising money for the Chestnut Tree House as they have been supporting people who are very close to me through a really difficult time.
I will be riding my bike from Seaford to Brighton Pier, and back again, with my dad as my support.
Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for Sussex and South East Hampshire. Thanks to support from the local community children and families who know they don’t have long together have the chance to live life to the full. And, when the time comes, Chestnut Tree House is there for children and families to provide specialist end-of-life care and ongoing support.
The generosity of the local community makes this happen. It costs almost £6 million every year to provide hospice care for local children, with only 21% of this funded by the government. You can show your support by fundraising, volunteering, taking on a challenge, playing the Chestnut Tree House lottery, or leaving a gift in your Will.
