We’re taking on this challenge to raise awareness and funds for those affected by suicide. It’s a cause that touches far too many lives, often in silence, and we want to help change that. Suicide&Co provides vital support to people bereaved by suicide, offering safe spaces, resources, and understanding when it’s needed most.

Suicide&Co is a national charity that supports those bereaved by suicide and seeks to open up the conversation around suicide-related grief. Our vision is to provide adults bereaved by suicide in England and Wales with timely and effective support because everyone deserves to feel like they have permission to grieve. Suicide&Co provides 12 sessions of one-to-one bereavement counselling to those who've lost a loved one to suicide. Every donation of £30 will help provide a counselling session.
