On 17th May, I’ll be taking on the Mud Monsters Run to raise money for Sage House in Tangmere—a place that means a great deal to me and my family. This cause is especially close to my heart because my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s over 10 years ago. Since then, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges that come with this condition, not just for those living with it but for the people who love and care for them. Sage House provides vital support, advice, and a sense of community for families facing dementia, and I want to do my part to help them continue their incredible work.
