I am Larissa the Branch Manager for Hub Care Support Bucks. At Hub Care Support we are passionate about individuals receiving quality care and support tailored to their needs.

As part of Dementia Action week myself and my friend Mel will be aiming to climb Snowdon on 18th May 2024 to raise funds for Wendover Dementia Support.

Wendover Dementia Support were formed in 2019 to provide support for people living locally with a diagnosis of dementia. They believe that every person living with dementia is unique and they support them to enjoy life to the full.

The team of wonderful volunteers not only support the individual living with dementia but they also provide much needed advice, support and signposting to the family too.

I have visited the club and seen first hand the happiness there and this is why Hub Care Support wish to raise funds for this valuable charity.
