Mayday is our national campaign that takes place during the month of May.

We have answered Mayday calls for nearly 200 years, but as summer approaches, we're the ones sending out a Mayday call. We know our lifesavers are going to be facing another busy summer season, to keep them safe, ready and knowing they can handle whatever summer brings, we need your help.

Our RNLI lifeboats in Northern Ireland protect hundreds of communities through our 24-hour search and rescue service. They rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern stations to launch from.

Northern Irelands unrivalled coasts and inland waters are valued by local communities and visitors alike, with millions travelling to enjoy them, and work on them each year. But the water remains an unpredictable environment that can catch people out. People will always need our help and we will always be there to answer that call.
