I'm taking part in the London Marathon and Ironman 70.3 Bolton this year with my son Mohammed to help raise funds for Bolton Hospice who provide the very best care to the people of Bolton who are suffering with a life limiting illness and their families.

Please help me to raise as much money as possible for this incredible, local charity. Here are some examples of the ways your support can help..

• £10 could provide clean bed linen for a patient staying in our inpatient unit.

• £16 could pay for an hour long complimentary therapy session for a patient or care.

• £22 could pay for one hour of specialist, compassionate nursing care.

• £46 could pay for a bereavement support session, helping families after the death of a loved one.

• £127 Could pay for our Hospice at Home nurses to visit a patient, allowing them to remain at home surrounded by their family

• £400 could pay for a patient to stay a night on our inpatient unit
