We’re working to revolutionise the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia.

I am taking part in this challenege to help raise money for such an amazing charity that is close to my heart. It will be a tough challenege but very rewarding and I am excited to tick something off my bucket list whilst also helping so many people.

I will be undertaking a 5 day trail. This is a big challenge for me after recovering from a knee injury. I will be doing some light training prior and lots of practice hikes 🚶‍♂️
