Harry and I are raising money and taking part in the Hadrian's Wall charity hike with Help for Heroes in support of their incredible veterans and their families who face ongoing challenges. Many of these brave men and women have sacrificed so much, suffering from painful injuries, mental trauma, and disabilities. The services provided by Help for Heroes, from physical and mental health care to essential welfare and medical support, make a life-changing difference to them.

By taking on this 22km hike along the historic Hadrian's Wall, we are not only challenging ourselves physically, but I’m also giving back to those who have given so much for us. Every step we take will help fund the specialist support that veterans need to rebuild their lives and face the toughest battles yet. We are proud to be part of this important cause and hope you will join us in making a real difference.
