I've been working for Rainbow Trust for two years, and I genuinely think we do incredible work. We support families whose child has a life threatening or terminal illness. Our incredible Family Support Workers provide practical and emotional help, we'll give whatever support that family needs: driving them to hospital, playing with poorly children or making sure their sibling has a chance for some fun, giving parents a break, emotional support to whoever needs us - parents, siblings, grandparents, step-parents. If a child dies, our support doesn't end there, we support into bereavement for as long as a family needs us.

We rely almost entirely on donations, and that’s why I’m fundraising - to help Rainbow Trust continue to support families having unimaginably difficult times. it's our 40th year, and I'll be walking at least 40 miles, over the course of 40 days.
