K and Phil are taking part in the Foamtastic Colour Blast run around Chester Racecourse on Sunday 19th April and raising funds for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd.

It’s the first charity event K has ever taken part in so we would love to raise some sponsorship money for the run so she can see how lovely it is to do things for others and how beneficial charity work can be.

The Hospice of the good shepherd support lots of families during the worst times of their lives and most of the funding they get is from the general public and sponsorship from events like these so please give whatever you can. ❤️
