Story
I'm running the Hull 10K for HEY Endo – a cause incredibly close to my heart.
My best friend Helen is one of the strongest people I know. I’ve stood by her side during countless endometriosis flare-ups, and I’ve seen first-hand the pain, exhaustion, and impact it has had on every part of her life. Watching someone you love go through something so relentless changes you — it makes you want to do something.
That’s why I’m lacing up and running the 10K — to raise money for HEY Endo, the incredible charity Helen co-founded to support others going through the same struggles. I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with HEY Endo at several of their events, and I’ve seen the difference they make in our community.
Please donate whatever you can — every penny helps support those living with endometriosis in Hull and East Yorkshire. Let’s do this for Helen and for everyone fighting this invisible illness every single day.
Thank you so much for your support!
Our service users are at the forefront of our work - everything we do is for them!
Every penny raised goes directly into the charity and to helping more of the 1 in 10 women who have this condition
