On November 1st I will be throwing myself out of a plane to raise money for Newcastle Carers.

2 in 3 of us will become carers at some point in our lives. Sometimes it's overnight through sudden illness or injury, or a gradual process as someone's health deteriorates - it can be a lifetime commitment. Being a carer can lead to isolation & frustration, & result in ill-health. Many carers don't seek help until they're at breaking point.

Your donation can help us reach & support carers of all ages sooner, offering free, confidential, & non-judgmental support so they can find ways to make their situation easier to manage.
