Laura and Milo are raising money for Compton Care because Laura's dad passed away from Pancreatic Cancer on 7th December 2025. He was given end of life support by Compton Care through home visits and phone calls. The nurses ensured he didn't suffer. He also had night care on 2 occasions, and this gave the family a chance to have a break. We were shocked to learn that there are very few night carers at Compton Care for the whole of Wolverhampton.

We managed to raise £268 via dad's funeral, and will be running and/or walking 30 miles in April to raise as much money as we can so that other families can also get the support they need during an extremely difficult time.
