The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health.
With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
I'm a big advocate for walking for my own mental health, so I thought it seemed apt to combine the two and hopefully raise some money for charity.
I'll be walking 14 miles on Saturday, 26th April, so please keep your fingers crossed for me that it doesn't rain!
