This year I will be cold-water swimming during the winter months, specifically when water temperatures drop below 10°C. I'm doing it as part of NOWCA's Sub-10 club, challenging myself to swim as much as I can.

I’m doing it to raise money for Level Water – a brilliant charity providing 1-to-1 swimming lessons for children with disabilities. These lessons are joyful, empowering, and completely life-changing.

Every £15 raised gives a child the chance to learn to swim.
