Trek Ben Nevis · 27 September 2025

Autism NI is Northern Ireland’s longest serving autism charity. The charity was established 35 years ago and exists to support over 35,000 autistic people and their families across NI. Our vision is an inclusive society where autistic people can achieve their full potential.

Story

Hi everyone,

I'm raising money to support Autism NI on behalf of Fort Hill Integrated Primary School, Lisburn.

As both a mum and a teaching assistant in our school's Special Provision Class, I've witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that Autism NI has on children, parents, and carers. The support they provide is invaluable - from events and guidance to advocacy and resources for families as they navigate the complexities of autism.

To help raise awareness (and hopefully not just my heart rate), I’ll be climbing Ben Nevis! I’d be incredibly grateful for your support as I take on this adventure. I’m looking forward to the challenge, the views, and meeting other fundraisers who also thought this was a good idea!!

Please consider donating — every little bit helps Autism NI continue their amazing work, and it means the world to the children and families we support, as well as to myself personally.

Thank you so much! Wish me luck 😬🥰
