In May 2025 Jasmine and I found ourselves in the depths of grief trying to navigate a way through the difficult emotions that arise when someone dies by suicide.

Just B have provided a safe place for Jasmine and I to accept our grief. They have provided counselling within the school setting allowing Jasmine to explore her grief through play and conversation. They have also supported me allowing me to find a way forward.

I am running the Great North Run 2026 and as most of you know I am NOT a runner! I started running in September 2025 as I wanted to give back to Just B. I want to ensure that many other people can benefit from the wonderful work that they do via their specialist bereavement services.
