Thank you for supporting the fundraising in Steve/Egg's memory. Our Dad was diagnosed with Cancer last April and in his final weeks with us, he was determined to stay at home. When asked about going back into hospital, in his usual great humour, he said "I'm never, ever, going back there, it's full of sick people".

Longfield Community Hospice Care made it possible for his last wish to be met and he was able to stay at home with all of his loved ones around him. The gratitude we feel for the support Longfield gave to our Dad and to the family and friends looking after him cannot be put in to words - they are real life angels.

It gives us a lot of comfort to know that the funds raised through this page will go on to support other families who sadly find themselves in a similar situation. Thank you for any donation that is made.
