I’m Taking On Hyrox Solo — Let’s Back Macmillan Cancer Support 💚
On 7th December, I’ll be stepping into the Hyrox arena in London — solo.
For those who don’t know, Hyrox is not your average fitness event. It’s a gruelling combination of functional workouts and endurance running. Think wall balls, sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, rowing, sandbag lunges — all combined with 8 x 1km runs in between. It’s tough. It hurts. And it demands everything from your body and mind.
But I’m doing it for something even tougher — cancer.
Every day, people face the physical and emotional battle of cancer. That’s where Macmillan Cancer Support comes in. They provide life-changing care, guidance, and support when it’s needed most — from diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond.
This Hyrox challenge is a chance to go all in for an incredible cause. While I’m sweating it out on the course, your donation could be helping someone sit with a Macmillan nurse, get financial support during treatment, or simply feel less alone in the hardest moments of their life.
Let’s turn strength, sweat, and stamina into real support.
Every penny raised goes straight to Macmillan. No donation is too small.
Let’s show what strength really looks like — both on and off the course.
