As you know I survived Breast Cancer !

Did you know one of the best ways to prevent the reoccurrence of breast cancer is to exercise !

Every year a charity called Team Phoenix takes a small group of woman From Kent, who have had or have breast cancer , and trains them to take part in a triathlon.

They provide all the professional training , coaching , equipment , motivation and support to get sufferers of breast cancer back out there exercising and not only exercising but training and taking part in a triathlon. Some of the woman who take part can’t even swim when they start , but Team Phoenix gets them there !!!

This year Im taking part in TWO triathlons to raise money for this charity so they can pass the batons on to next year’s Pink Ladies .

Please help me raise funds so I can help survivors of cancer to get their life back on track and continue their for fight for healthy, cancer free living.
