The Uckfield Foodbank opened in 2013 after they began to hear that people living in Uckfield were travelling to Hailsham and Haywards Heath to use the foodbanks there. With the help of several churches they were able to open in September 2013 with the hope of restoring dignity and revive hope to those who used their service.

They provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis. They work closely with over 40 agencies to ensure that their clients situations are resolved so that they do not become dependant on the foodbank.

We held our very successful Good Friday Easter Egg Hunt and we now are training for the HAILSHAM FUN RUN on Sunday 21st May 2023 where a team from Dawson Hart will be running so please do sponsor them!

We are also holding our FIRST ever 'mini' cyclothon in Tescos Uckfield on Friday 2nd June so come down and show your support on the day and sponsor us here on this page.
