Shauni and I have some very special ladies in our lives that have been affected by cancer. The pink ladies day is a local event which offers pampering, food and support to those affected by cancer in Argyll. Our ladies have benefited from the incredible work the charity does and hopefully we can raise a little bit of money to help support others in this situation. We’ll be running the Dunoon 10k and aiming to get our time as close to 1 hour as we can.
