I think I may have lost my mind a little bit, but I have signed up to do a skydive with my Dad on Sunday 15th June.

My lovely Nana, Helen, passed away on 18th May after a battle with Dementia.

The last few years have been tough for my Nana, being passed between care homes that couldn’t provide the support she needed.

Thankfully we found Belong, a not for profit Dementia specialist care home in Atherton who were able to provide a peaceful home for my Nana in her last few weeks. I couldn’t be more grateful for the way they treated my Nana, and also the way they were with us as her family.

I wanted to do something to say thank you and to make sure that they can continue going above and beyond with their support, so I am going to jump out of a plane with my Dad on 15th June 😬
