Hey folks 👋 it's your friendly neighbourhood cold water dipper 🤣

So along with the fundraiser I have on 29th october to raise money for Marie Curie - Northern Ireland I've decided I'll be doing a "dip a day " to try and help the cause , raise awareness and support ♥️ my dips will either be in my own ice bath, the beach or Dunmurry Dippers or if anyone has any other ideas I'm game 🤣

A Cancer diagnosis hits home to so many people. And with working in cancer centre this past while ans with my own family I see the mental struggles people and families go through too, along with their treatment. If I can do what I can , when I can, I will ♥️

So let's get comfortable with being uncomfortable 🙌 I'll document my journey along the way to try and spread all the positivity and for you to laugh while doing something worthwhile ♥️

your support along the way will be needed , I'm used to cold water but everyday in October will be a challenge.
