I will be covering 128 Miles in August for Refuge.

I have pledged to walk 4 miles every day apart from a Saturday where I will walk 2 miles and on a Sunday I will walk 8 miles, as a lot of folk know I work in a ward in hospital 4 nights a week and easily cover over 21,000 steps if not more, I will be doing these walks in one walk after my nights my steps out with not included.

On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. Thank you!
