Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the 'Lands End to John O'Groats' virtual challenge which will see me conquer the 874 mile distance either on foot, on my bike or in the pool. Bradley Wiggins I most certainly am not, but I am committed to doing my absolute best for my friend Sam Perkins who despite suffering from the devastating illness that is MND is out there raising so much money to aid research to help change the cruel statistics patients, and their families, are faced with.

I will post regular updates on this page and please feel free to follow my Strava to laugh at my pace. My beloved Labrador Milo will be coming along on plenty of walks and Greg will be forced to join me on bike rides (although he usually has to spend a lot of time waiting for me to catch him up).

I appreciate that times are tough for all so any donation is really appreciated. Sam is a great friend and a real inspiration to anyone who knows him which will def spur me on when it's raining. My aim is to complete this challenge before Sam's birthday on 25th September.
