At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.

At Hillcroft, we have decided to take on the Memory Walk but make it a bit more challenging, so will be walking just over 30 miles from each of our Hillcroft homes.

Across the 4th and 11th of October, we will begin at our Caton Green home then, Galgate, Lancaster, Morecambe, Slyne and finish up at Carnforth.

Any donations are greatly appreciated for such a fantastic cause that is close to our hearts.
