I have decided to take part in Rainbow Valley's Brave to Bare event, 22nd March 2026 in Glasgow's Double Tree by Hilton. Rainbow Valley is a charity very close to my heart as I attended their 7 Steps to Health course as i was coming to the end of my treatment and its been one of the best things I did to help me on the road to recovery and get back "me" again! So when they asked me to take part in this event I jumped on board straight away as I'll be forever grateful for the help they gave me. This event will include me, and other courageous men/women, taking to the stage, to perform a routine and baring all calendar girls style - eek!! This is way out of my comfort zone but when I was asked to take part, I knew I had to say yes. Rainbow Valley's courses are free to attend but come at a cost to the charity, therefore rely on fundraising. Please help me in raising as much funds as possible for this wonderful charity.
