It's my birthday! I don't usually go big on my birthday but this year's different. I want to get old, have loads of birthdays and celebrate every single one of them.

To celebrate another day on planet earth - please could you help me raise money for a charity called Penny Brohn. It's based just outside of Bristol, and supports people live well with cancer. They help people up and down the country - including me - for FREE.

I got in touch with them when I had my diagnosis and they were so kind. I've felt really overwhelmed with information and emotions, and having a well-trusted charity to go to is everything.

I'm learning about cancer and nutrition, doing relaxation sessions (which when you've not slept for several nights is a God send)... and so much more.

They've launched an emergency appeal and if you can help put some money in the pot - I will be eternally grateful. Thank you.
