Story
Jacob and I are joining Sarcoma UK's Turn the Page Reading Challenge again this year. We will be reading every day in February and raising money to help people affected by sarcoma cancer. Jacob read 10 books last time (see below) and he plans to beat that this year. I just plan to enjoy reading everyday to help me through what can be a tough month and, more importantly, to help support others going through a really difficult time.
Sarcoma is a type of cancer that develops in the bone and soft tissue. It is difficult to diagnose and one of the hardest to treat. With only 5,300 people diagnosed every year, sarcoma can be a very isolating diagnosis for patients, friends and family.
Sarcoma UK is a small but mighty national charity that funds vital research, offers support for those affected and campaigns for better treatments. Your donation will help make a difference.
Please remember to tick add Gift Aid if you are eligible so that Sarcoma UK can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give! Thank you.
