Thanks for taking the time to visit my sons just Just giving page
Hi I am Nile and I am 6yrs old, Ive been growing my hair for over 4 years now but I am now wanting to go short but I want to help others too in the process.
I have never had a big cut and now its long enough to be cut and donated to The Little Princess Trust who makes hair pieces/wigs with donated hair for children who have lost there hair via cancer treatment /illness or other conditions.
I am wanting to raise as much money as possible so that it can be donated to Milly's Smiles.
Milly's Smiles is a beautiful charity set up by my mums best friend Lorraine, who keeps her beautiful daughters memory alive with the love and dedication through Milly's Smiles, where beautiful bags are given to children when admitted in to hospital for a cancer related illness.
The bags are given on arrival and has everything needed to support the family and their child in those early days/weeks/months when everything is unknown and scary.
Currently bags are given out in 6 locations throughout England including Manchester Childrens hospital, Alderhey Childrens hospital, and Leeds & Nottingham Childrens hospital.
Every year over 4200 children are diagnosed with cancer and mostly in the North west region, so every bag massively helps each and every child and family where the hospital stay could be for long periods.
Any small amount can make a difference.
Childhood cancer needs more awareness and funding and Milly Smiles is a huge advocate for this also.
My hair is booked in to be cut end of October, and will be sent to The Princess Trust to be used, and all money donated will be going to Milly Smiles
thank you so much for even the smallest donation
