I will be raising money on behalf of The Mouth Cancer Foundation, as myself and my family have been affected by this horrible disease, after losing my Mum in 2015.

I have recently taken up running, and the first of my challenges is to run 20km. Therefore, from the 1st October to 30th November, (throughout Mouth Cancer Action Month) I will be taking part in the charity's annual fundraiser, the ‘Mouth Cancer 20KM Ultra Awareness Walk from Home’.

I already have a 5km race booked for the 4th October and a 10km on the 8th November, so will use these as part of this fundraising, but I will also do at least another 5km, if not more throughout the month.
