My name is Laura and I am a cardiac rhythm management specialist nurse in greater Manchester meaning I work with patients that have all kinds of abnormal heart rhythms.

I am a beginner runner and have decided that over the next year I would like to train to do a marathon so therefore I am doing this in aid of NW hearts charity!

NW Hearts Charity is passionate about improving the lives of people with heart disease and enhancing heart health in Greater Manchester. We fund and support projects that support patients, their families, researchers, specialist staff and communities from across our region, above what the NHS can provide.
